THE BRIEF
To create an all in one web communication hub integrated telephony, SMS and emails.
OVERVIEW
When you look at modern software required to run a business it can get quite confusing and expensive trying to link various software together. Smaller business will likely not have the expertise to achieve harmony across their software and will likely look towards an IT service provider for help. Which is an expense they could probably do without…
The idea behind Sentle was to give small businesses a platform that could cater for their basic needs in a single affordable package. These needs initially being, contact management, telephony, SMS, emails, appointments and document management.
All data would be logged on a timeline against the relevant contact allowing the business to easily keep track of the contacts history.
THE RESULT
We brought to market Sentle as a company and product. Sentle was a web based communication hub with integrated telephony, SMS, email and document management capabilities all captured on a contact timeline.
PROJECT FEATURES
TELEPHONY
Sentle had integrated cloud based VOIP, Mobile and PSTN capabilities that worked out the box. Standard telephony features such as call routing, presence, voicemails, call control and welcome messages were configurable directly within the CRM.
SMS
Sentle had both inbound and outbound SMS capabilities. SMS could be sent singularly as a conversation or in bulk as a marketing message. Each SMS was tracked on the associated contacts timeline.
Sentle was capable of automatically capturing inbound and outbound email and logging them against the relevant contacts. Sentle was able to handle GMail, Office365 and IMAP connections.
